A Diversity and Inclusion veteran, Pay Equity advocate, and Board Member, Sharawn's thought leadership and program strategies are leveraged for scaleable impact, globally.

Hey there, it's Sharawn. I can't wait to connect and learn about you and share a little bit about my story, but until then, here's where I am, and where I've been.

Oakland native. Raised by a single father. Caregiver to my 93 year old grandmother. Wife. Sister. Mentor. Sponsor.

Currently: Chief People Officer at LiveRamp, Board Member at Fair Pay Workplace and CollegeTrack - Oakland. Formerly: Chief Diversity Officer (Micron), Vice President of Total Rewards (Flex), Head of Global HR Shared Services (Gensler), HR Director (Safeway), and Project Manager at ATT, where it all started.
